We are your fuel systems specialists

Founded in 1970, Bay Associates, LLC (“Bay Associates”) is the largest “System Supplier” of ground based fueling systems for military applications.  The company partners with defense contractors and provides petroleum handling equipment and control systems.  In addition, the company oversees the proper installation and maintenance of fueling systems and the training of military personnel.

Bay Associates’ technical team consists of the maintenance lead, core system SME’s and additional support personnel.  We provide technical support to troubleshoot existing operations and provide support to operations and maintenance personnel.  Our technicians are familiar with Technical Orders for the operations and maintenance requirements for Naval and Air Force aviation fueling operations.

Fuel Storage and Distribution System

Design-bid-build project consisting of construction / replacement of a jet-fuel storage complex including fuel piping, twenty existing hot fuel outlets, fuel transfer piping, three 35K-BBL ASTS, 3000-GPM pumphouse with receipt/issue filtration, truck offload skid, four truck loading stands.  Work includes leak detection, product recovery system, piping, and ATG.

Tanker Truck Delivery System

Work includes the construction of four 600-GPM jet fuel truck fill stands, a new 2400-GPM pump house with pumps, control room, filter separators, and product recovery tank.  Includes new piping and accessories to three existing ASTs, a drop tank offloading system and four truck fill stands.
